How can I get current rate information and make reservations? You can obtain current rates and make reservations by calling us at 386.734.3146

Are you going to charge the credit card that I used to make a reservation.? We use your credit card to hold your room and do not charge it. Thus you are free to pay by an alternate method upon check in. However, if you do not show up for your reservation and also did not cancel your reservation (see cancellation policy) we may seek to recover lost revenue by charging the credit card used for reservation.

Can I pay for the room over the phone with my credit card and have someone else pick up the key? For the protection of credit card holders, the credit card holder must check in, sign credit card receipt and provide matching identification.

What is your cancellation policy? You can generally cancel your reservation by the day before your arrival date, however during special events (Race Week, Bike Week, Coke Zero 400 etc.) you are required to cancel by two weeks prior to your arrival date.

Do you allow pets? Sorry, at this time we do not accept any pets.
